Neurosurgical and Spine Consultants, P.A. specializes in the surgical management of the spine, brain and nerves. Our physicians diagnose and perform microsurgical management of herniated discs and reconstructive surgery of the spine due to degeneration or trauma. Our doctors also perform the microsurgical treatment of cerebral aneurysms, brain tumors, carpal tunnel syndrome and other peripheral nerve disorders.

Dr. Diana Wilson, Board Certified Neurosurgeon, has been a practicing Neurological Surgeon specializing in the treatment of the brain, spine and nerves since completing her Surgical Internship and Residency in Neurosurgery at Rush Presbyterian-St. Lukes Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois in 1991. Prior to opening Neurosurgical and Spine Consultants, Dr. Wilson was on the medical staff at Oak Ridge Neurosurgical Associates in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. For ten years prior to that, she was in private practice in Dallas as well as serving as Clinical Associate Professor in Neurosurgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. She was also previously the Medical Director of the Surgical Epilepsy program at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas.

Dr. Wilson is a Diplomat, American Board of Neurological Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the American Medical Association.
